Had a chance to begin a system-wide launch of Practicing Excellence across Ballad Health today. CEO Alan Levine kicked off the event for over 1,000 leaders with a focus on values, progress to date, wins across the system and a commitment to care team members, patients, and the community. Now, we start a progressive people development strategy to help power the BExcellent jouney to bold North Star Goals. The event was absolutely extraordinary!!!!
