ADP is hiring a Implementation and Quality Manager (IQM)

In this role, you will have an overall overview and planning of the inflow of customers.

Responsible for quality assurance of ADP's payroll processes around digitisation and efficiency. Is part of the Payroll Department as a senior adviser where they actively contribute to the selection of new system solutions and their implementation. Responsible for quality assurance of major implementations as well as standardisation of our customers and processes for a more efficient way of working and to minimise the risk of errors.

Responsible for ensuring that test protocols exist, are followed and tested by the test group when updating Hogia.

Responsible for news coverage regarding legislation that affects ADP. Has a very good sense of service, has a consultative approach and is stimulated by new challenges. Is flexible in his work and can manage a balance with parallel salary customers with resource and capacity planning for fewer start-ups.

Included in LG Sweden and has personal responsibility for the Implementation Team.

What you’ll do:

  • Participating in pre-sales meetings with potential customers and being able to provide guidance to smart solutions for customers and ADP.
  • Responsible for start-ups, that they are planned according to the capacity plan (if necessary, together with BUD).
  • Ongoing communication, staying updated on project progress, risks and milestones
  • Create and maintain project plans/timelines, document changes, communicate impact and execute updated plan.
  • Responsible for the quality group.
  • Expert in the field and interpret laws and agreements for the correct set of various salary types.
  • Responsible for documentation at start-up – Welcome pack for customers, ISO etc.
  • Have good knowledge of our customers' agreements and prices for invoicing, responsible for the correct time and services being charged for work performed.
  • Reporting and follow-up of implementation KPIs.
  • Train / develop consultants when necessary.
  • Analyze the customer's current workflow and evaluate the process but intend to offer solution recommendations, configurations and define the scope of work.
  • Works closely with the payroll department to identify and actively participate in improvement work for routines, payroll and implementation processes and their quality.
  • As a senior advisor - to the client and payroll consultant - in the Payroll Department take an active part regarding new system solutions and their implementation.
  • Responsible for news coverage regarding new legislation in the salary area that ADP's operations are affected by.
  • Account manager during start-up for major implementations to ensure stability and quality.
  • Is driving quality projects for ISO documentation/Payroll according to ISO standard.
  • Responsible for the right service with the right quality and the right time being charged for work done for the team.
  • Involved in the introduction of new employees regarding ISO, GDPR, etc.
  • Responsible for educational materials.
  • Works actively with the improvement and efficiency work in the payroll department
  • Leads and distributes the work for the implementation team.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Qualified vocational training/SALK/Further education or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in qualified paid work
  • Special Qualifications: Authorized SRF or FAR salary consultant
  • Further education 12 h/year (required by authorized person)
  • Good knowledge of pre-systems and Hogia salary plus/Flex HRM
  • Special system/program: Expertise in at least two payroll systems
  • MillTime/Time reporting system or equivalent
  • Project management
  • Experience from other service profession/consultative work
  • Microsoft 365, good skills in Excel
  • Structured with good documentation habits
  • Genuine interest in problem solving
  • High integrity
  • Taking responsibility, educational
  • Business English
  • GDPR
