Laser Operator--operates the CNC laser machine cutting the sheet metal to customer specifications. Mazak experience a plus.
Requirements-
Minimum one year of experience working with the laser machines
Must be able to read basic blue prints
Must be able to read a tape measure
Break Press Operator--Operates a press brake machine used to bend and form steel to customer specifications.
Requirements-
Minimum of one year of press brake experience
Overhead crane and forklift experience preferred
MUST be able to read basic blue prints
MUST be able to read a tape measure
Burning Operator-Operates a burning machine that cuts steel plate in various thicknesses to customer specifications. Use overhead cranes to load and unload tables. Clean parts using grinder to remove excess slag. Package parts with proper packing equipment.
Requirements-
CNC Manufacturing experience
Self starter-work with little supervision
Must be able to work overtime
Overhead crane and forklift experience preferred
MUST be able to read basic blue prints
MUST be able to read tape measure
HELPER-- Assists operator with loading and unloading the tables by using overhead cranes. Uses grinder to remove excess slag from parts. Band, package, and label material and parts.

Use hand held grinder
Overhead crane and forklift experience preferred
